CHANGES TO MY ORDER TOP

I just ordered and I want a different style/colour?

OK Heisters, as this is a unique way to purchase your favorite items. If you wish to switch or refund it must be done within 15 minutes of placing your order. If you wish to switch please purchase the new one and we will refund the old one.

COMBINING ORDER TOP

I just paid for shipping and would like to combine with a pick up order?

If you wish to add an item that you have yet to pick up to an order shipping out, there will be a $3 charge as well as any additional shipping charges that may apply.

Can we combine shipping from another order?

Well our first answer is No, we are not able to combine orders that are already placed. However we will do what we can in order to save you the most money. Send us an email right away and if your order hasn't already left our warehouse and if time permitted we can arrange for a special combined shipping rate. Although, this is not normal practice and not guaranteed.

PICK UP TOP

I live in or close to Burlington do you have a PICK UP option?

Yes of course! To save you even more money, we offer local pick up at our location. During checkout indicate PICKUP. Pick up is available during business hours only. We are located at 4380 S. Service Road Unit 3 in Burlington. Our hours can be found at: http://www.babyheist.com/pages/StoreHours.htm

 

I am no longer able to pick up my order?

If you have selected pick up on check out and are not able to make arrangements for pick up, we are more than happy to ship you order, shipping will be charged based on the original shipping costs that would have been charged at the time of your heist, we are not able to combine shipping on missed pick up orders. There will also be a $3 fee per order.

 

How long do you hold heists for pick up?

Please be sure to pick up your goodies within 7 days (unless alternate arrangements have been made)

After 7 business days has lapsed, a PayPal invoice will be sent for the shipping price posted the day of the heist, shipping will be applied as a per order basis

If orders have not been picked up after 30 days, your order will be donated to the local Women's Shelter.

Due to the nature of our business, our pick up area is limited, so we ask that heists are picked up as quickly as possible.

RETURNS TOP

Do you accept returns?

In a word, no. Please read through thoroughly before purchasing. If you change your mind or feel bad about racking up your card, please save it for a gift! We do not accept returns because of the exceptional sort of our business. If there is a problem with your order, please fill out a claim form (link located to the bottom left of this page). PLEASE NOTE THAT CLAIMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER DATE. If we have sent the wrong item or your item is damaged we will try our best to replace or exchange your item for you! You may also post any heisted item for sale on our facebook page!

SHIPPING TOP

When should I expect to receive my HEIST?

We know first hand how exciting it is to buy a great deal and the wait can at times feel so long. We will ship all Heisted items within 48 hours. Across Canada shipping will vary from 1-7 business days. We will ship using good old Canada Post with expedited service. If you have selected Regular Mail as your shipping option, please allow 21 business days for delivery within Canada.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes! We will ship Canada Post to USPS International Expedited Service. Duties are NOT included and declared based on the price paid for the item, what the item is, and the location that the product was manufactured. Remember, US orders take 14-45 business days to arrive, unless Regular Mail is selected which can take 4-6 weeks.

I have tracked my order and its not going to arrive on my expected ship date, what can I do?

Do you ship internationally?

This would be on a per order basis, please place your order using the PICKUP option and send us an email to service@babyheist.com for a shipping quote.

Do you ship lettermail?

Yes we offer some items that are able to go lettermail, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items when lettermail is chosen, we recommend using Expedited shipping which offers tracking and insurance for the buyers protection.

What does "Uninsured Lettermail" mean?

We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged when lettermail is selected

95% of our shipments are shipped using Canada Post to USPS International Expedited Service. We include your email address on all shipments, this way you can receive updated on your parcel and track its arrival. We are not able to guarantee ship dates that are provided from Canada Post or USPS, however we will do out best to get you your order under within a reasonable shipping timeframe within your province or state.

Why do I have extra charges when I check out?

Once you place your order you will be asked to select your province which will calculate Provincial Tax and shipping, based on your province of residence. Your order will be recalculated with Tax and Shipping for a total in Canadian Dollars at checkout.

What does "Lettermail is not an isured option" mean?

We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged when lettermail is selected.

WHY WILL THESE ITEMS TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP? TOP

Why haven't I received a shipping notice or pick up email?

If the Heist of the Days states that it will not ship/be ready for pick-up right away, that means that it is a presale, we will order the items after the sale runs and the company will process and ship the order to us once we place our order. Pick up will not be available until the items arrive and shipping will commence as soon as the product is received on our end.

DISCOUNT CODE TOP

Why isn't the vendor honouring my discount code?

Baby Heist codes must be entered on check out and we cannot guarantee that any sites will honour them after an order has been placed, so please make sure to enter the code correctly on checkout before placing your order.

If you are using a Free shipping code and Lettermail Shipping is an option, Lettermail shipping will be used, if you wish to have expedited shipping that would be at the customers expense.
